Meet Winston R. Roberts
Winston, a Portland native, is an Attorney-at-Law based in Kingston, Jamaica with a growing legal practice in Real Estate & Construction Law, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Family Law and Estate Planning & Administration.

In addition to his legal experience, Winston possesses extensive expertise in Real Estate Portfolio Development and Management, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Project Management, having accumulated over fifteen (15) years of senior management experience in these fields. Notably, he recently managed a project funded by The World Bank (IBRD), where he was responsible for the design, execution, and supervision of multiple construction projects across Jamaica.

An educator at heart, Winston is a member of the Law Faculty at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean where he lectures Law of Torts, Equity & Trust Law and Criminal Law Practice and Procedure. He also provide lectures in the areas of Construction Management, Construction Safety and The National Building Code. Winston is also a regular expert contributor on issues of real estate in the National Housing Trust's Home and A Way Quarterly Magazine, along with appearing on the RJR's Balancing Justice Radio Programme where he shares his opinion on various legal issues impacting Jamaica.

Winston provides Duty Counsel Services and accepts Legal Aid court assignments.
